Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Johnson County, Missouri. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
