Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience On a typical shift you will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
