Bread and bun maker • Rio Arriba County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
