Road roller operator • Huntington County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a road roller operator in Huntington County, Indiana. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. Day to day you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
