Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Sheridan County, Montana. You will be based at a shipyard. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time, day shift.
