We are recruiting: short order cook (Wales)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £1,850 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
