Incoming goods inspector • Livingston County, Missouri

Now hiring: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Livingston County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems We offer $11,750 per project plus benefits.
