Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Skagit County, Washington. The role involves cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
