Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Okobo, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Part-time with flexible hours.
