GMAW welder wanted in Stafford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Stafford County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
