Back-of-house cleaner • Boone County, West Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Boone County, West Virginia. The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
