Shuttering fixer wanted in Douglas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Douglas County, Washington. The job is on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On the job you will handle: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
