Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Ramsey County, North Dakota. The job is at a busy body shop. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
