Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. You will work in a tool room. You will write and edit G-code programs at the control; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm £2,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
