We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Grundy County, Missouri. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
