Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Montezuma County, Colorado. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
