Now hiring: we are hiring a machinist in Latah County, Idaho. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Your main tasks: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
