Site carpenter — Presque Isle County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in Presque Isle County, Michigan. The job is on a commercial fit-out site. Your main tasks: • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
