Head butcher wanted in Pepin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Pepin County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
