TIG welder wanted in Osceola County

Join our team: we are hiring a TIG welder in Osceola County, Michigan. The role involves: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
