Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
