Powder coater wanted in Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Mercer County, Ohio. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends.
