Catering cook wanted in Caribou County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Caribou County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
