Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings The role involves: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Part-time with flexible hours.
