The role involves: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
