Dish pit attendant wanted in Oldham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Oldham County, Texas. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
