What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day-to-day duties: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Part-time with flexible hours.
