Abattoir worker — City of Bristol

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in City of Bristol, Virginia. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
