Powder coater — Lumpkin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Lumpkin County, Georgia. You will work at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
