Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Itesiwaju, Oyo State. You will work at a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
