You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
