Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Harrison County, Kentucky. You will work on a high-rise building site. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift.
