Bread baker • Platte County, Wyoming

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Platte County, Wyoming. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
