Lift installation engineer • City of Manassas Park, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in City of Manassas Park, Virginia. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
