Back-of-house cleaner — Petersburg Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. You will work at a fast-food outlet. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
