Natural gas fitter • Torfaen County Borough, Wales

Vacancy available: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. You will work at a busy gas installation company. The role involves purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing We offer £2,000 per month plus benefits.
