Solar energy technician — Highlands County

Now hiring: we are hiring a solar energy technician in Highlands County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Commission the system and verify output on the inverter monitoring app • Mount and wire battery storage units and charge controllers • Label DC and AC circuits and complete the system handover pack • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing • Install PV modules and torque bolts to manufacturer spec Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting and carrying panels all day • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
