Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in Ede North, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Your main tasks: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal Six days a week, one day off.
