Powder coating line operator — Waupaca County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
