Overlocker operator wanted in Callaway County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Callaway County, Missouri. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Day-to-day duties: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
