Press operator • Howard County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Howard County, Missouri. You will work at a busy press shop. Day-to-day duties: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
