We are recruiting: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Southeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Day-to-day duties: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
