Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems You will clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
