Scaffold fitter • Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. The job is on a bridge maintenance job. Ideal candidate: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage The role involves hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts.
