Site safety steward wanted in McKinley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in McKinley County, New Mexico. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. You will deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
