You should have: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts You will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away.
