Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Nash County, North Carolina. You will work at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
