External wall insulation fitter — City of Virginia Beach

We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. We offer $21 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
