Refrigeration field service technician — Huntingdon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You will recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; service split AC units and VRF systems; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
