Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding You will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
